Roger Federer has gone beyond his tennis life and has now adapted to new roles. He has a charity foundation, has become a fashion icon, and is also growing his RF brand, along with marketing On. Federer has perfected his
responsibilities in these aspects but finds himself figuring out a prominent side of life. He is in the thick of parenthood and is guiding his children as they enter adolescence.
The Swiss Maestro has two daughters and two sons. Both are sets of twins, and the daughters are now 14, an important stage of life for all, and Federer is just attempting to figure out the best way to be a parent for them at this stage.
Federer took on a new challenge in 2009 when his two daughters, Myla and Charlene, were born. The challenge doubled when his sons, Lenny and Leo, were born in 2014. While he would have wanted to figure his children out, he has found himself with another task, aiming to give the right values to his children in an ultra-connected world.
Talking to Le Matin, a Swiss French-language newspaper, he said, “They have a lot of character now. Even if we are very fusional, it is important that I let them do their experiments. The most important thing is that I transmit
the right values to them, especially in today’s ultra-connected world where the Internet is omnipresent. I’m trying to be a good father.”
